I first spoke to Madeleine on the phone who created a customer profile for me. I couldn't confirm an appointment time there an then to view a property so I had to ring back. When I rang back, I was put through to Erin Cranston, of the Sales Team. (I'm looking to rent, but there wasn't a member of that team available)
Erin Cranston was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she answered every question I had, reassuring me every step of the way and making sure I was at ease. She's a bubbly individual of whom is definitely a credit to the team. I'm looking forward to future dealings with the company just based on the two conversations I've had.
I'm very appreciative of everything you have done for me so far.
