Maria helped me with kindness and patience, I am autistic and I was very stressed but I could not have been more grateful to have Maria answer the phone when I called about renewing my tenancy. I told my mum about how much she helped me and took the time to explain things and answered any questions I had. I struggle to talk on the phone to people and Maria was so patient and gave me the time to get out what I needed to say. If everyone in the world was like her, life wouldn’t be as hard. I can’t thank her enough for helping me with renewing my tenancy.

I have been using Philip James since they bought and integrated the original lettings company that I used.
