I chose Pedder due to local presence and knowledge - they have exceeded my expectations in terms of service and advice. My property manager Andrzej has had to tackle a lot, with challenging tenants and complicated building works needed at my property. Would definitely recommend Pedder.

I'd like to commend our property manager - Mr. Andrzej Szczepaniak. We live in Zambia so we obviously need an agent that is on the ball and switched on as we would say here. Mr. Szczepaniak is all of that and more. He let's us know when there is an issue and does so in a timely manner. He finds solutions prior to us having to ask what our options might be and he looks around to make sure we are getting the most cost effective actions done. We have been very pleased with his effort and is one of the reasons we are still with Pedder.

I have used Pedder’s services for just over 4 years now, initially to rent out a flat, and more recently to sell it. I have to say that every single member of the team that I have come across throughout this time has been exceptional. In terms of property management, Andrzej has been absolutely fantastic; dealing with any maintenance issues or queries, always in a very efficient and friendly way. It feels like he’s consistently gone above and beyond to help sort things, even in preparation for the sale of the flat. During the sale, Izabella and Sam were equally amazing. Izabella secured buyers much quicker than I had expected, at a difficult time, and superbly communicated with everyone throughout the whole process to keep everything on track, for a quick, smooth sale. I know they both did so much behind the scenes too in terms of all of the preparation for the sale and the administration up until final completion. Bill was also a pleasure to deal with and provided very fair and realistic valuations and advice at all times; dealing with sensitive situations very tactfully. He clearly leads a great team as there are too many individuals to name everyone! -It really does feel like a true team effort. Something that I have genuinely always really liked is that it feels like they strike a great balance in terms of fairly acting on and behalf of tenants/ landlords and buyers/ sellers – I really respect that. It was my first time renting out/ selling a flat and I always felt completely supported. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pedder Crystal Palace, whatever your property needs, and I will be sure to contact them again should I ever return to London. Thank you so so much all!
