However, from the very first interaction, it became evident that Sears was in a league of its own compared to other local estate agents.

I had the pleasure of working with Sears Estate Agents recently, and I can confidently say that they exceeded all my expectations. As a former estate agent myself, I approached the process with a certain level of skepticism. Absolutely amazing service and insanely quick turnaround.
Daniel and Colin were not just professional after discussing selling my property to purchase another, but they were so organised and good at what they do that within about 24 hours of signing the documents to use them as my agents, the property had an offer at asking price.
It shows that they know exactly what they're doing, it shows how well they know their customers and their needs which allows for such a quick turnaround.

A great team at Sears in Jennetts Park. Daniel and Colin have led the sale of our house brilliantly. They’ve kept us informed throughout the process and not demonstrated any of the less desirable traits you often see with estate agents.
In particular, Daniel has always provided us with prompt updates and impressed us with his knowledge of the area and some of the legalities of buying and purchasing property.
We’d certainly recommend Sears to anyone selling their house in Bracknell
