Paramount managed my property for about 4 years. My overriding memory is that of being served a Section 21 out of the blue by them but as I loved the flat and didn't want to leave Spencer personally came to meet me at the flat and I showed him how much I loved living there and we mutually agreed a I could stay if they gave the place a lick of paint and added a small and fair amount of rent on top. Morelle was my main point of contact and on the whole she was decent, we had our ups and downs and the maintenance man was an absolute nightmare, blaming us for problems in the flat and being very rude every time he came out so I'm hoping they have got rid of him now. As I moved into an existing tenancy there wasn't much in the way of referencing checks or anything like that which was great and at the time they did not charge a tenancy renewal fee, which may have now changed I'm not sure. They are the kind of property agent that leave you to it, only coming over once every 6-12 months with a surveyer or someone to measure something but pretty much left alone which is a good thing.

They are easy to deal with and go out of their way to accommodate any requests we have.

We've been with Paramount for four years now and during that period our contact for any problems with our flat has been Morelle Baker. Dealing with agencies and/or landlords to solve issues quickly is always a hit and miss affair, but Morelle's customer service has been excellent throughout our stay, always replying promptly to our emails and keeping us in the loop as to when the work can be carried out.
Very recently we reported a number of problems relating to our kitchen and bathroom within the space of one email, and to our delight they were addressed and dealt with inside 24 hours; indeed, she was on hand to provide us with advice for solving two of the issues ourselves, which saved us from potentially having to pay a bill.
Paramount as a whole have been thoroughly professional, and unlike some other agencies have made life simple, particularly with contract issues. Very much recommended.

We had an issue with our shower, where the valve in the handle came loose, so the shower couldn't be turned off.
Both Lucy and Hayley were away, so I was redirected to Morelle, who I have personally never dealt with.
I explained the situation to Morelle, as well as the fact that I couldn't take much time off work. She was extremely friendly, polite and efficient. She called the plumber, and then told me he would give me a call, within 2 minutes of Morelle's 2nd call. Andre the plumber was on the line, and was rushing to our flat. Andre came to the flat in 45 minutes, which is a fantastic response time. It turned out that the problem was very simple (always is), and Andre was able to sort it very quickly. Andre was extremely friendly and polite and after fixing the problem, showed me what to do if the problem does arises again. I was really impressed with the response and service I received from both Morelle and Andre. I have and will continue to recommend Paramount Properties to friends and colleagues.

The only negative point to bring up, is that on two occasions I had someone enter the flat without my knowing of it beforehand. Granted, I had asked someone to help me with a pest problem, but I was not made aware of when someone would be visiting. I then discovered that someone (who I had not met) had been into the flat whilst I was at work. I made Paramount aware of this and they did apologise, however the same situation played out the next week.
Other than that, I have been very satisfied with Paramount and my tenancy has been a pleasure.

I've been renting out my flat through Paramount Properties for over ten years. They've been brilliant! I don't actually live in London so it's crucial that I have reliable people I can call on if I have any concerns. Not only are Hayley Hills, Morelle Baker and Mark Durban efficient and professional but they are also very friendly and easy going.
