The Balgores team at Basildon did a fantastic job for us in selling our property. James Gibbon was excellent in his strategy to sell our home. He and his colleague Mark were professional and skilled. Thanks to their strategy and expertise we sold at over the asking price. The team which then actioned the sale was equally as skilled. Sarah Oakley is a highly effective communicator. She’s an expert information handler and she kept us informed of the selling process throughout. When things did not go according to plan Sarah was calm and sorted out the issues in a professional way. She always replied to our emails and responded clearly to our questions. Finally, James negotiated the purchase of our new home. He’s a very good negotiator and we ended up paying significantly less than the asking price. Thanks James, Mark and Sarah – you made a smooth process of what could have been a stressful time.

It is with great satisfaction that I recommend James Gibbon of Balgores Branch in Basildon. I was struggling to sell my property and James contacted me and promised that it will be sold within a month, if I gave Sole Agency and he did. He is utterly courteous and never fails to return any calls. Once the property is in their books, some managers ignore the client; not James nor Balgores. If you want old world charm, courtesy and customer service, do not forget James Gibbon and Balgores, Basildon branch.

I predominantly dealt with James who take control of the sale and purchase of a new home for me and my family. A complete credit to thier business and the industry. In the past I have dealt with dubious agents but everyone at Balgores was honest, transparent and completely helpful, none more so than James. I'd consider myself a difficult customer but James was never unavailable, was great to talk to and more importantly throughout also had my best interests at the forefront. Without repeating myself a complete credit to the Balgores group and the industry. Couldn't recommended James highly enough.
Sean was one of the main salesman on my property and was also very willing to help wherever possible. A clearly knowledgeable guy who's personable nature made viewings and feedback easy. Would be tempted to headhunt him for my business! A new age of estate agent.
I would also like to mention Sarah who was outstanding in the aftersales team. Many agents once the sale has been agreed have left me in no man's land, Balgores employ Sarah purely to ensure the transaction gets completed in a timely but more importantly hitch free way. A recieved regular emails updating me on both purchase abd sale, was pushing both solicitors for constant updates and progress and overall a compete joy to have on hand, if only all Estate agents adopted this process.
Because there are so many guys in the office assisting with the transaction it seems unfair not to mention them all but everyone should take a huge amount of credit in that office and I shall be passing on my recommendation to whoever is buying and selling. I hope for Balgores sake that they continue to open more offices and spread thier footprint, more customers should experience service like this in a stall industry. The estate agent market is analog, Balgores are digital.

Sarah kept us fully informed throughout the process, ensuring everything was completed and on time. Her explanations of the procedures were friendly and relayed in 'Laymans' terms which was a great help.
James the boss also kept us up to speed, speaking to us on a regular basis. He was friendly, approachable and reassured us when our buyers became difficult!
We would strongly recommend Balgores to anyone.

The service i have recieved has been excellent. Having bought a property from Pink Residential, you can certainly see the difference from one end of the scale to the next. Balgores were there every step of the way, from having someone take all of your viewings for you, to Sarah chasing and keeping you updated after you have accepted the order until completion day. James was extremely informative and fair prior to putting the house of the market, making sure we had all of the info needed to make the right decision. We found that Pink residential do not offer any of these services, even down to the people we bought from having to wait at the property we bought to hand over the keys! I would definately use Balgores again as we just have the peace of mind that everything that can be done is and its being done correctly.

I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. Actually finding a buyer for my house was done very quickly and thanks to some good negotiating, I was offered the asking price.
They were all extremely friendly, extremely professional and always available. Trevor in particular was always prepared to go the extra mile when chasing solicitors through the chain and was excellent at keeping me updated on where we were at.
I've never used an estate agent before that provided me with the excellent service that Balgores did.
I have no hesitation in recommending them, they were absolutely brilliant!

I started to use Balgores when I was selling my house through another agent who I had very little success with. I started to use Balgores when I was selling my house through another agent who I had very little success with. The agent visited me and gave us clear and accurate feedback on our options and a realistic price we could get for our house. We ended up letting the property for almost a year with Balgores which was a flawless experience where the team handled everything for us and we just got the money into our account each month. Eventually we had to sell the property and again the team was fantastic. They handled all dealings very professionally. We were kept informed thoughout the process and eventually the property sold for the exact figure I was told to expect. Very impressive and would recommend to anyone.
