Called numerous times to say we were interested in a property, i had already viewed it and was willing to pay over the asking price. Once I eventually got through I got told that Scott would speak to the landlord as soon as possible and establish what was going on. 2 weeks passed, nothing. I call again, Scott's busy I get told. I call again, same thing. After another 5 or 6 attempts he answers and says he hasn't had a chance and will get in touch as soon as possible and he will get in touch as he has my phone number. Further 3 weeks passes (AGAIN I HAVE TO CALL) and surprise surprise he's miraculously on the phone again and can't talk. The kind lady on the phone whom I can only assume is the receptionist then goes on to tell me that the landlord has agreed a let and the property is no longer available. Not one positive thing I can say about the company. Useless communication, disinterested in the start and quite complacent. Get in touch if you'd like me to clarify exactly how. I shall make sure I warn everyone I know in Bristol to avoid you guys if this is how you treat your custom.

After 27 years of renting out a property I have sold it. For all those years I have been with the same letting agents which ultimately became Campions.
I have seen many managers and staff come and go over the years - some better than others!
Since Scott has been managing the office the service has been second to none and everyone does their utmost to deal with any issues, both for the landlords and the tenants - above and beyond spring to mind.
I think in all the years the flat has been empty for 2 x 2 week period, now that is saying something and I have been extremely fortunate that I have really one had one or two troublesome tenants which goes to show that the vetting process and calibre of clients that Campions attract are superb.
If you are reading this review it is because you are considering renting or letting through Campions...………..look no further, these are the guys to go with.
An end of an era for me but hopefully the start of a new one for you.
THANK YOU SCOTT and Jess who used to work there, Jo who always made sure the rent landed in my bank in a timely manner, and everyone else who has helped me along the way.

Update, 22.10.2018:
It has been over a year since my last review, therefore I would like to shed more light on the service that has been provided by Campions agency so far.
Gotham gave us Batman, Metropolis is the proud city to have Superman and Bristol is the home of the one and only Sarah Mundy – your first contact regarding property maintenance support. During those months as a tenant, I have experienced a few issues at the property (stain on the wall, tripping fuse, faulty washing machine and boiler), yet a simple e-mail was enough to engaged Sarah in finding the best and quickest solution for me. At this point, depends on complexity of the query, the professional help was on the way or a simple and useful tip was given to handle the case successfully on my own within minutes.
My privacy is the top priority for Campions, any necessary visitations scheduled by Sarah, are always introduced to me and awaiting my approval.
This year Campions agency has achieved another milestone on the property market, as offering a digital signature, meaning I was able to extend my tenancy contract without leaving my comfortable chair.
I am a simple tenant, do not just take my word for it – see for yourself if you are looking for a new place to live. I truly believe that the letter “h” is missing somehow on the signboard – don't you think, Champions? Much obliged for such a great service!
Old review:
Campions agency is an absolute gem on the property market these days. Their customer approach, manners and professional way of running a business are a breath of fresh air among the competition. Being with them does not make you feel that you are another number with signed contract. Let me say that due to their commitment and passion, renting experience is more like dealing with old friends rather than a private company. And yet, in fair and professional manner. We can not be more happy. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

Hello,

Having been a landlord for 15 years now I started off doing everything myself including finding tenants in the early days and then after a few years having agents find tenants but still continue day to day management myself. A friend of mine recommended Campions saying they managed her property and was very happy with them and made thing so much easier.
After years of phone calls at odd times and trying to find trade persons quickly I felt this was getting more than I could manage with limited time so decide to give Campions a go to manage my property.
I must say after a couple of years now with them managing it I couldn't be happier and it so much more stress free to have someone else sort out day to day problems. They always communicate with me well if things come up -- and also will help out beyond their scope on occasion !
One added benefit now is that tenant turn around is so much quicker than in the past and they usually have a new tenant lined up to move in before the previous one has left. This has saved me a lot of money as in the past the property was usually empty few several week.
Overall very happy. Good communication , very efficient, trustworthy and good value.

Being a remote landlord I am extremely reliant upon good communication and service, both of which I receive.
Jessica is my point of contact and I couldn't ask for a better service.
Scott quickly steps in if Jess is away from the office and he too acts quickly and efficiently.
Have never met either Jess or Scott face to face as I don't have cause to travel to Bristol, they act for me in and always manage to balance the landlords and tenants best interests.
