Extremely unprofessional. Paid 500 Fee of Intent and an additional fee of 32� for my wife and myself for Right to Rent. All credit checks done and confirmed by Curran and Pinner. Administration charges of £90 per person I can not see how that is justified. Also inventory check in of £138 when there has to be a \'check out\' as well. If estate agents are now charging for check in AND check out then the fees should be substantially lower for the process.
