I had been to many estate agents before but I'd never met anyone as professional as Mrs Wazir and she put me at ease straight away. At that point, I had decided I was going to place my ... At that point, I had decided I was going to place my properties with this agent. Nusrat was patient, kind, understanding and explained things very well to me. After meeting with her, I felt very confident to give her my properties to let out. I am really pleased with this Nusrat and the agency - Nusrat is a real credit to Anistenhomes and nothing is too much trouble for her - she always puts herself out and goes that extra mile to help the landlord. Moreover, she is very attentive to her landlords and always puts their needs first and properties are extremely well managed and cared for. Unlike others, the landlord comes first with Nusrat and Anistenhomes - I cannot praise them or Nusrat enough. I'd also like to sing the praises of Anita Jethwa and Akeel Bashir too. Anita was absolutely brilliant when I had some trouble with 24/7 and Akeel was so professional so that straight away I was very encouraged to place my house with Anistenhomes. Anita and Akeel are also a credit to the agency - you feel really taken care of when you speak to them and I cannot praise them highly enough. I am a portfolio landlord and it's my intention to gradually (as soon as I am able to put all my properties with Anistenhomes because of the wonderful staff the agency has.

When you are going through challenges, you need to deal with very patient and understanding people. We had dealings with Anistenhomes before the passing of my husband ( managing our property) and then after as I had to sell it. The services rendered were excellent and beyond. Mr Akeel Bashir, is one of the politest person, very calm, very understanding, professional amongst other qualities. It was a very quick and efficient sale. The support I got from Akeel and his colleague Fariha was amazing. Mr Bashir's words were do not worry, we shall deal with everything including relocating the tenant.
