Richard Klein from the first meeting we had was always available and provided clear answers to all our questions and always on top of every follow up. We had a long protracted sale, almost a year and despite the obstacles, Richard was always available to discuss the next steps and to ultimately completing the sale of my mothers flat. I would recommend Austin Chambers 100% - one of the very best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with.

Due to my sons death I was tasked with selling his Flat. Austin Chambers had been the Agent my son originally purchased the flat through, so it was easy to chose them. Richard was my main contact, and he was sympathetic and professional on every level. The property had a number of issue around the sale, and especially the lease! We finally completed the sale after many months of negotiations. Richard never gave up, or lost vision, he remained focused and determined. His support during this sad time was Fantastic, and I will always be grateful to him.

We were pleasantly surprised to have two offers of a holding deposit from the first week viewing and have tenants in place within the month. They've also been very helpful through the tenancy when needed so far.
Hopefully they'll keep up the good work.
