Fantastic trustworthy estate agent .Professional polite and helpful really couldn't recommend these guys enough. They dealt with solicitors to make sure things progressed and kept us informed of the position of the chain with weekly updates the best estate agent with have ever used.

Barton Fleming provided a first class service to us when instructed to sell our property. They were polite, courteous and, most importantly, extremely efficient! Colin and Matthew provided excellent photographs and advertising material at the start of the process. In particular, Liam and Terry were always on time for viewings and provided constructive feedback. We received three offers on the property as a result of their hard work. We cannot fault the service they provided and we would recommend them without reservation! Thank you!

Our house was not the easiest to sell, but with his skills, experience and knowledge of the business, he managed to pull it out of the hat for us. He went above and beyond anything I would have expected from an estate agent to resolve the difficulties we faced. I am confident that if we had have used any other estate agents we would never have been able to sell our house. They are straight talking and say it as it is so you always know where you stand with them. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

I recently sold my house through Barton Fleming and they were nothing but professional and efficient in everything they did from start to finish. The photographs they take and use for the website when advertising a property are first class. What can I say; all the team at Barton Fleming, especially Colin and Terry were amazing throughout a very stressful couple of months where solicitors were not being so efficient and very slow. I would recommend using Barton Fleming Estate Agents. They were in regular contact with us and other parties, they kept us informed and nothing was too much trouble. I have moved a few times, and these were by far the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable agents I have dealt with. We are in our new home finally and very happy, so thank you very much !! :)
