I can not be more dissatisfied with the service. I was lied to, the communication I was promised was non-existent and both people I worked with in the later stages were hopeless.
From a person who used Bonners and Babingtons to try to sell my house I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did.

Called in to view Simmons way and spoke to Brian Lane. I have been speaking to many agents but not one as rude and unprofessional as Brian. Called in to view Simmons way and spoke to Brian Lane. I have been speaking to many agents but not one as rude and unprofessional as Brian. Didn't want to show the property and had told us to drive around the area before booking a viewing!!! I live an hour away from this area and don't understand why on earth this is necessary if I know the area. Felt like Brian was just being lazy and was tying find any reason to not do the viewing. He continuously said the owners instructions are this so I hope that the owner sees this and can correct Brian if he's making his own rules. Brian is basically turning away business instead of explaining the area. Good luck selling, definitely not doing business with you!!!

Ali and her letting team in Marlow are outstanding.
They are kind and friendly in their approach and nothing is too much trouble. They handle everything in such a professional way and if there are any queries they are dealt with .
You can always talk to somebody and calls and communications are always responded to. I cannot recommend them enough they are exceptional.
