We had a great experience getting settled into our new home with the help of Darren and Louise Dykes. They were very accommodating and Made the transition into our new place quick and easy and we couldn’t be more happy with their services. They did absolutely everything to make sure we settled in nicely.

Very quick process from the time of viewing the property to the tenancy start date/getting the keys, around a two to three week turnaround time all in all. Very helpful and polite, didn't feel as though we were 'competing' with other potential tenants and were assured the property was taken off the market once we put down an initial security deposit, and sorting a out an issue with the shower on the same day as reporting the problem has made us feel at ease in knowing future problems will be dealt with promptly. Very reasonable up-front fee's which is a definite plus point where other letting agents require a small fortune up front. Would highly recommend.
