The person at Brices who dealt with our sale was Alex Sheppard. He really went the extra mile and kept us informed of all developments throughout a number or 'near sales' and misses along a rocky road, right up to the eventual sale and completion. With respect to communications with the buyer's solicitor and the buyer herself, he relayed all the info back to us promptly as things were happening, and was available constantly by phone, text message, email, etc. We bought the flat through Brices nearly 20 years ago. The service they provided then was very good. With Alex now in harness, it has shot up from very good to five star excellent. Thank you, Alex, from us both!

I bought a flat recently through Brices in Hove. They were excellent. I was viewing a place around the corner, but stumbled upon the estate agents window and saw a place I liked. Alex and Sam were great, they called the seller and got me a viewing within half an hour. They accommodated further viewings, so that I could see it in daylight, which they encouraged and were really knowledgeable about the building and all the costs with a share of freehold in a listed building. Through to exchange, they were really great to deal with, friendly and helped me to move the sale along quickly recommending local solicitors and surveyors too. I'd highly recommend working with Brices if you're looking for estate agents that aren't pushy and what what's best for both their buyers and sellers.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
