We placed our property on the market with Bridges after a friends recommendation, the staff are polite, thoughtful and Liana and Charlie couldn't be more helpful or professional. Our purchse fell through in the end so we were unable to go through with our sale. We will be putting house on the market again and won't hesitate in using Bridges again.

The owner has no integrity. Our offer has been accepted then he sold it again to another buyer. He told us that the owner of the house has accepted another offer 10K more we have offered. However,I wrote a letter to the owner and the owner wrote back saying that there was no offer of 470k however he accepted another because we are in a chain and Andy advised him to take an offer. This estate agent practice gazumping. Very poor moral integrity.
