We lived in a flat fully managed by Chamberland Residential in Putney for almost 3 years and since day one their service was excellent. Our PIC was Vyara, she is very reliable, takes every issue report very seriously and she is always keen to help. She always had a solution for us. If I ever rent any other property in London I'll definitely contact them again.

As Landlords, we have used Chamberland Residential to let our 3 studios ever since they first opened up in Putney. We have always found their service to be excellent, far exceeding the service received from any of the other Putney agents that we used in the past. They have a very personal touch and, even though they do not manage our properties, if we have a problem that we cannot deal with ourselves they are always happy to help or to point us in the right direction. Recently we have been dealing first with Zoe, who managed to achieve a very good rent for us and we are happy with our new tenant. Then with Amanda who was very helpful at every stage of our recent change of tenancy. She has been very helpful, quickly answering any queries and dealing efficiently with any problems. Nicole has always been very approachable and we have always felt confident that she keeps abreast of all the changes in regulations so that we know we are always up to date with the latest regulations ourselves. Many thanks to all at Chamberlands.

Additionally they accepted some specific requests regarding the in-situ tenant, who is a long-standing and reliable one whom I was keen to retain long-term.
Overall Chamberland Residential have shown themselves to be very client-orientated, approachable, and available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any other landlords.

Tenancy Agreement
£400 (inc. VAT),On Completion (Fees are Negotiable)
At the start of the Tenancy for negotiating and preparing our in-house Tenancy Agreement, a fee of £400 inclusive of VAT is payable by the Landlord. This includes completing Right to Rent Checks, completing the Deposit Registration and completing the Land Registry Check, including 2 references.

MAJOR WORKS SUPERVISION Upon your acceptance of any estimates to remedy any defects or undertake repairs in excess of £500.00 inclusive of VAT and providing we are in funds, we would supervise the works for an additional fee of 12% inclusive of VAT of the cost of the works. ADDITIONAL MANAGED PROPERTY VISITS If additional property visits are required this can be arranged subject to a charge of £90.00 inclusive of VAT per visit.

Damages: The Landlord and the Agent are entitled to recover damages for breach of contract. The Landlord or the Agent are allowed to recover the costs to put them back into the position they would have been had the Tenant carried out all the obligations in their contract.
