How can I give 0 rating taunton Fox and sons letting agents?!
I am a landlord and I pay them monthly. They do not collect monthly rent, respond rudely and honestly had enough of them.

DON’T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR
Would NOT recommend fox and sons, especially this branch- avoid these este agents at all costs, she not only failed to do our contract correctly, providing us with the wrong energy provider leaving us with a 500 pound bill, tried phoning a month and was never able to get through and never received a phone back, the initial deposit was calculated wrong and demanded the rest from us with no apology, they booked the PAT test wrong 2 times and then phoned my dad who’s just the guarantor to tell him that I had to be in on the third as it desperately needed to be done ( I was at the house waiting within the 4 hour window twice) - made me feel like a child. I’m a 20 year woman paying my own bills. Still in an ongoing battle with them, they are all nothing but rude and ignore emails and phone calls ages - AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

Alice Woodruff continues to fail to my deposit. We are now 34 days past my vacation date. I have emails from the landlord who approved the of the deposit and I am being lied to as to the status of it. Dispute raised through TDS has still yet to be answered after 11 days.
Avoid at all costs. Makes sense as to why the landlord refused to use them after completion of contract. Giving them 1 star feels wrong. It should be 0.

Right from the off they overvalued my home and offered a flat fee rather than a percentage, knowing that I would have to drop my asking price substantially and they would keep the same fee. For six months we had hardly a viewing with very little contract with the agents, until finally, when I phoned up to say I wanted to break the contract, we had a flurry of viewings and a buyer within two weeks, though well below asking. We were also recommended their in house solicitors who were 2.5x more expensive than any local solicitor and laden with hidden fees.

(Reviewed) One day after I posted this review, Fox & Sons decided to leave a review on google as I'm a tradesman and guess what, they rated me 1 star without having any contact with me in my area, just so you can see how unscrupulous and vengeful this people are, avoid! avoid! avoid! still haven't received my deposit after almost 2 months I left the house I rented through them

Absolutely awful service!
Rented a property with fox and sons 3 weeks ago and ever since the property has had ongoing maintenance issues. Fox and sons winton have consistently ignored my emails and phone calls and just could not care less. Apparently no duty of care to their tenants unless it’s life or death! I advise anyone thinking of renting of buying to avoid at all costs!

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
