In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the service or products we offer we would like to hear about it. Firstly we would as you to put in an email or in written letter your concerns and issues. Ideally with as much detail as possible so that we can fully investigate your complaint. We will come back to you within 14 Days from receipt of your complaint in writing. If you are still not happy and wish to complain further you can appeal our findings internally. You will need to put this in writting and we will again respond within 14 days from receipt of your second letter. Should you still be unhappy and feel that you have grounds to continue with your complaint your complaint will be forwarded to the The Property Ombudsman for arbitration.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

The company on the whole have been fine, expensive but fine. House inspections have been irritating and not very flexible which is difficult as everyone in the property works a lot to pay their ridiculous rent. Deal with requests in a polite manner and actually call back when they say they will. Don't belittle people when we pay your salary.
The deposit was scandalous along with a stupidly high charge before even getting told whether or not we could rent the property.
