I recently rented a property through Fraser Bond, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The team was professional and attentive, guiding me through the entire process with clarity and efficiency. The property itself matched the description provided, and it was in excellent condition upon movein.
The location was fantastic, close to public transport and local amenities, which made daily living incredibly convenient. Any minor maintenance issues were addressed promptly, which speaks volumes about their commitment to tenant satisfaction.
The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that the paperwork process felt slightly rushed at times. However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise seamless rental experience.
I would definitely recommend Fraser Bond to anyone looking quality rental properties in London!
