Great experience from start to finish! Initially viewed our property with Belinda who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Colyton area. Negotiations were undertaken with Paul who gave us much of his time in order to secure an offer and therefore the lovely bungalow we purchased. Much of the sales process was dealt with by Debbie who, out of all the agents & solicitors involved with our sale & purchase, was without doubt the most proactive keeping us fully up to date with any news and also went the extra mile to uncover why contracts weren't exchanged as expected (which was due to our buyers buyer) - a stressful time that was quickly put to bed and completion took place as scheduled thanks to Debbie's efforts. Special arrangements were also made for the collection of keys on the day of completion of which Gordon & Rumsby were most obliging. Overall, a fantastic experience from a very organised team and, although we don't envisage moving from Colyton anytime soon, would certainly not hesitate in using this Estate Agent and can therefore highly recommend - many thanks to everyone!!!

have used Gordon & Rumsby twice now and cannot fault their professionalism and service. Julie and her wonderful team of lady's are the best estate agents in Devon.
