Have used Griffin for many years and had good service all the time.
Recently had issue with a tenant which Sam Knowles has been very proactive in dealing with and had helped with this issue in a professional manner with great communication and assistance.

Griffin provide the perfect blend of service. Where the online world has taken over on marketing they enabled us to leverage all the advantages at a huge discount compared to traditional estate agents. But they also provided us with a very low cost sales progression service which I’ve realised now is non-optional, because as seller I wouldn’t have had the communications access to facilitate it myself. Again this is at a huge discount compared to sales agent.
I haven’t worked with any other online agent, but I was very surprised that there was no loss of personalisation to the service. I always spoke to Nick, he responded quickly, always recalled the full context and really worked hard to help us push through a complex chain.
I really don’t think any other large online agent would offer the same.
Having control of the pictures and viewings also suited us really well. Some of the houses we viewed would have benefited from taking control themselves IMO.

If you can take a photo and let people in then don’t go local as these guys will sort your sale better than most . Use Griffin with confidence. This is a genuine review.

At the end of my tenancy, Sam made the transition very easy and my funds were returned to me in an appropriate time frame. Would happily use Sam as my agent again. I also wanted to mention the handy man Mike. Mike was always very quick to attend the property when any maintenance needed doing and he was very friendly and always completed the tasks effectively.

Me and my husband would like to say a HUGE thank you to Nick and the team at Griffin Property Co. for all their support through out the sale of our first property!
This is the first time we have ever sold a property and was very apprehensive to using an online estate agents as we weren’t sure what to expect or what we needed to do. The team explained every step to us and was exceedingly supportive every step of the way!
Throughout the process the team regularly updated our personal sales progression on their online portal which was extremely helpful and user friendly. If we had any questions or concerns they were always reachable either by email or telephone and would always call us back if requested.
We would 100% recommend this company and will definitely consider using their services again in the future when required! 5 stars from us ⭐️

Wow wow what can I say.
I approached Griffin online to help us sell our property, things hadn't been very easy and they were able to help.
Jacob was very professional and supportive throughout, Jacob went above and beyond for us and explained everything in a very informative way.
For a online company that has good competitive price to sell, I would definitely recommend to all.

Given the tough market at the moment, I was pleasantly surprised to have three viewings and two offers within 6 weeks of going onto the market. The agents were always easy to reach, very knowledgeable, especially Jacob, who was extremely helpful from start to finish. I would not hesitate to go with this agent again. If you are willing to put in a bit of the work yourself to make sure that the property is being marketed correctly, then I would definitely recommend Griffin Property Co. in future.

Jacob was excellent throughout the entire selling process, always easy to reach at the other end of the phone, had a lot of useful knowledge in order to assist with the marketing and ultimately the sale of the property.
