Weeks can go by without a single reply from this management company. Don't bother trying to call – it's impossible to get through. You'll find out that the people managing your property have left only through out-of-office replies. My tenants have repeatedly complained about unresolved issues, and jobs that the company charges for go unaddressed for months.
I made an official complaint based on a years worth of evidence - they care not.
The company routinely blames staff turnover but refuses to accept any liability for their failures. Rent is often late, and I have had to inform them myself. They take 10% of your earnings but do 0% of the work.
To make matters worse, they recently updated their terms, changing the notice period from four weeks to a staggering four months if you try to leave.
This is a disgusting company that prioritizes profit over service. There are many better rental management companies out there – do yourself a favour and read the recent reviews. The Directors should be ashamed of these reviews but clearly do not care. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm writing this review with reference to Leah Dennall, our sales consultant.
Due to us being on an extremely tight schedule in order to secure the property we wish to buy, Leah had to work flat out to get our house sold in a timely manner.
We are so grateful to her, form day 1 she was extremely diligent, calling up 'hot buyers' even before the house went to market so that immediately it was listed, she was able to secure us twenty viewings.
Leah conducted all the viewings for us, accompanying the interested purchasers , all within a time-frame of 2 days.
We found her to be very professional at all times, also very personable & approachable, keeping us up to date with the offers on a daily basis.
Very friendly & also enthusiastic & reassuring at what is a stressful process for most people!
We feel we can call/e-mail her on an ongoing basis whenever we have any queries or concerns
I would definitely recommend you speak to her at the Crookes branch if you're thinking of moving

I used Haybrook Lettings to find tenants for my property in Sheffield in December 2020. I paid Haybrooks for the full Management so that I didnt have any contact with the tenants. Haybrooks found me the tenants which are Romanian. The tenants reported a problem with water coming through the kitchen ceiling to Haybrooks, Haybrooks then phoned me to see if I could go round and have a look because of the language barrier. I went round to have a look. The next day I phoned Haybrooks and asked if they could get a contractor out and fix the leak, which they did but left a hole in the kitchen ceiling. So I then asked Haybrooks to get another contractor to repair the ceiling , when Haybrooks sent me the pictures of the repair I could see that it wasnt a very good job they had done. so I phoned Haybrooks and told them, Haybrooks then asked if I could go round to the property to have a look at the repair and speak to the tenants because of the language barrier, So I went round and the repair wasnt good, I phoned Haybrooks and told them they then got in touch with the contractor and phoned me back to ask if I could meet the contractor at the property the day after , which I did and the contractor admitted it wasnt a good job he had done. So I have had to find another contractor myself to sort out the ceiling, My contract with Haybrooks ran out in December 2020. I phoned Haybrooks saying that I didnt want to reniew my contract as I had not heard from them about renewing it or not , but my tenants had. I was then told I had to pay a tenants exit fee , which is 4 weeks rent plus V.A.T. I read my contract and I believe Haybrooks are in breach of it. As I paid them for the Full management they were suppose to do a check on the property once every six months, which they never have , they should have themselves gone round to see the tenants when any problems arrived and not me ,and also by not getting in touch with myself about the end of the contract but had been in touch with the tenants asking if they could sign up for another 12 months without my say so.( I may as well have managed the property myself as every time the tenants phoned Haybrooks, Haybrooks then phoned me to sort it out because of the language barrier)

The staff at the store are friendly and helpful, especially Helen Dyson.
Everything was clearly explained to me, and throughout the process they did everything to make it run as smoothly as possible.

I would not hesitate to use Haybrook, Hillsborough branch in the future, as I really cannot fault the service they provided.

This branch of yours is so not bothered it beggars belief, took out a contract on 4brick street Crookes for 6 months but decided not to move in as we realised it was not suitable, when we first took it we spent about£100 making it livable ie new curtains new shower head paint etc. When we ... This branch of yours is so not bothered it beggars belief, took out a contract on 4brick street Crookes for 6 months but decided not to move in as we realised it was not suitable, when we first took it we spent about£100 making it livable ie new curtains new shower head paint etc. When we told haybrooks our decision they said it would go back on the to let market and when relet our contract would finish and we would just have to pay for the readvertising which we agreed was okay but within about two weeks the flat was put up for sale so we ended up paying the full six months rent, we got no help whatsoever from your church st branch, they are so impersonal it's unreal, we would never use haybrooks for anything be it selling buying or renting if we could give you a minus 10 stars we would
