I've rented a flat with Hurford Salvi Carr in Farringdon. They did not provide the inventory until after I moved in and the furniture & appliances in the flat were significantly different from the ones shown/confirmed during the visit and shown in the advertising photos. In addition, many things are not working or broken and after 2 months I am still waiting them to fix them. The agent (Alice) was super rude in the communication.

I recently sold my Limehouse apartment through Hurford Salvi Carr. I met a number of local agents before deciding to work with Sebastian. I chose him because he was so well informed on property around the Limehouse Basin, and was measured, calm and pragmatic in his approach. He has been a pleasure to work with. Friendly, responsive and professional.
Like any transaction, it has had its ups and downs, but Sebastian has been consistent, reliable and available. Often he has been managing more than you might traditionally expect from an estate agent - checking in to ensure that the freeholder, managing agents and solicitors are all moving things forward and gently keeping us all on track.
I would absolutely instruct him again and wholeheartedly recommend him, and his colleagues at HSC, to anyone looking to sell in the area. Thank you Sebastian!

My experience of working with Hurford Salvi Carr, specifically Luca Santilli, has been great throughout all stages of the conveyancing process. I have really appreciated Luca's professionalism, responsiveness and patience. I've found that he's always been available to discuss questions or issues raised whenever I've needed him. He is incredibly pragmatic and commercial unlike other estate agents I have come across. Sebastian has been brilliant!
Straightforward and helpful to deal with, he found a buyer in a difficult market and carefully managed that relationship to get to an agreed sale s.t.c in May.
There were 3 parties in the chain and it has been the most frustrating and drawn out process of all the transactions I have been through. Sebastian has been absolutely key in prompting, cajoling and when it became necessary chasing hard on a daily or even more frequent basis to make things happen. We have finally exchanged contracts over 5 months after the sales were agreed in principle.
Without his patience and where necessary his pushiness, we would not have got there, I was on the verge of walking away.
I would thoroughly recommend him, if only more estate agents were like him! Thank you.
