During these times with such a competitive sales market jacks and Jones pulled it out of the bag three times due two impatient buyers expecting to beat stamp duty and being told it can take up to 5 months for a sale to complete. The whole team found us a buyer with an improved offer, we have now moved to our new home thanks to jacks and Jones , we would recommend ? Ellie and Simon done a Sterling job , thx guys

We used Jacks&Jones to sell our first property and they have been amazing! A huge thank you to Simon who is great and has answers to every question we have had to date! Being first time sellers we were not to sure of the process and he explained it easy enough for us to understand which made us feel much more relaxed about the whole process!
As we are in the process of finalising our next home, Simon is helping us with the solicitor questions and is working incredibly hard to make sure we complete at the earliest time! He is always a phone call/text away and nothing is too much for him!
The whole team at Jacks&Jones are so helpful from the minute we enquired about a valuation to our current position today!
We highly recommend Jacks&Jones if you are looking for a team of friendly and professional local estate agents.
PS. We put our property on the market on a Friday and accepted an offer by the following Thursday! 6 days!! We are very happy clients!
