As a former lettings agent i inherently mistrust all estate agents, but Knight Bishop were the nicest to deal with in over 6 1/2 years as a landlord. If you are letting from Knight Bishop beware!!!! Take photos when you move because in my experience they will try to charge you for every single tiny thing.
