The difficulties posed by the pandemic and the old-fashioned interior of our parents' house made this a tricky sale, but we received excellent and professional service from Lakin, especially Mollie O'Brien, who kept us in touch with all the latest developments over a number of months. Her personable manner and dedicated approach was vital to the eventual sale of the house in June 2021 to a lovely local family - the outcome our late parents would very much have wished for.

Alanna was always there at the end of the phone or email if I had a query or needed to discuss an issue with my landlord. I felt safe in her hands and I felel that she is a credit to your team.
Keryn is someone I had only recently correspondences with. I was very impressed with her professionalism and efficiency.

I am about one month into my letting contract with Lakin and Co. The experience so far has been exceptional. The move went very smoothly and maintenance issues have been dealt with very promptly. One of my primary reasons for moving was due to the poor rental experience that I had with a local, but much larger letting agent. As tenants our choices are often driven by the property and not the letting agents, however, having a professional, supportive and reliable letting agent can really make or break your experience in your new home. I am delighted with my experience so far and would say the defining feature of this has been the personable and professional approach from all members of the team. I would recommend without reservation.

I decided to email Chris on late Friday passing him my feedback including my concerns.
He responded to my email alert Saturday morning clarify and explained me everything A-Z he even called the landlord again second time trying to convince him to give me second chance, his customer service was excellent he was there looking out for my best interests by finding alternative solutions.
All in all, a truly amazing experience. 5-Star service, great teamwork,professional team and amazing ?
