We were thrilled with the service offered by Louis and the team.
We had my dad’s house on the market over a year with another national agent and in this , our error was not to go with the local agent first. L&N were fantastic, with honest valuations and streamlined processes throughout. We were given regular updates and feedback on every viewing and Louis smoothed through the legal process with communications between all the parties and solicitors to push the momentum of sale.
We are very happy with Leese and Nagle and I would certainly recommend them to Dad’s old neighbours.

We could not have asked a better service our house sale. Lees and Nagle priced our house clearly and fairly, advertised it effectively and, alongside other offers, found us a cash buyer willing to pay the asking price and be flexible around our timescale moving. Louis was professional and meticulous in handling all aspects of our sale and we really appreciated his calm, friendly advice and support and excellent communication. He was proactive in addressing potential issues and went above and beyond our expectations, particularly in dealing with complications and delays higher up our chain.

We were thrilled with the service offered by Louis and the team.

We recently moved house (just in time Christmas) with the help of Louis Gordon at Leese and Nagle.
Louis was great; from showing us around a number of properties at the beginning to understanding our needs, his professionalism, personable nature, knowledge of the area and market helped us navigate this process with relative ease.
Any communication with us, our estate agent, the solicitors and his vendor (to name but a few), was clear, timely, pragmatic and supportive.
We would have no hesitation in engaging Louis (and Leese and Nagle) should we decide to move again in the future (although we are very happy where we are the moment!)

Having not moved house for a good many years, we were not looking forward to the whole process.
However, right from the outset, we were impressed by the attitude, approach and professionalism of the team at Leese and Nagle Stoke Lane, specifically Louis Gordon. From the initial approach to final completion many months later, Louis kept us fully up to date, and I would say, went above and beyond the role of an Estate Agent. He regularly spoke to our solicitor, the developers agent, who we were buying from, and the buyer of our property , so we knew at all times the state of play.
I don't intend moving house again for some while, but I would certainly look out Louis and the team at Leese and Nagle and use their services again.

Louis Gordon, and Leese and Nagle in general, were excellent when we were looking to buy our property. We met with a lot of estate agents when looking for our first home and Louis was by far the best when showing us properties and engaging with us. This carried on through the purchase of the property, with Louis facilitating the process excellently and remaining calm even when we weren't, which helped enormously.
