All complaints must be in writing. Step 1: Please contact Lomond Letting Ltd (by letter or email), headed F.A.O. Mrs R Anderson, with the details of your complaint, setting out the reasons for your complaint, jointly with dates, names of any staff members you dealt with and enclosing/attaching any supporting evidence. Step 2: We are required to acknowledge your complaint in writing (letter or email) within 3 working days of receiving it. Step 3: We will review your complaint and provide you with a formal written outcome of our investigation within 10 working days of receiving the complaint. Step 4: If you are not satisfied with the outcome set by Lomond Letting Ltd in writing, you may write/email our company at the details listed below and ask for a review of the outcome to the “Board of Directors”, and we will carry out a further separate assessment of your complaint, resulting in a Final Response which will be sent to you within 15 working days upon receipt of your request for a review on the matter. Step 5: If you are still not satisfied with our Final Response, then you may refer the complaint to Scottish Association of Landlords whose details are below.
