I sought the help of Lomond Letting (Helensburgh) for my small chalet on Rosneath peninsula. It's in a quiet location overlooking Loch Long. I began with the belief that it would appeal to certain types of tenant. This was a proposition that needed testing.
Craig was my first point of contact. From the outset he was engaged, patient and thorough. I was impressed by his feel for - and insights into - the market. I've learnt a lot through our interactions.
Craig and his team helped to obtain the certifications required for a new build. It was during this period that his colleague Renee took over the account. She has been similarly professional, good-humoured and quick to respond to issues as they arose. I genuinely value how both Craig and Renee conduct business.
The property and its location required a period of price discovery, and there were 3-4 near misses along the way. This all took some months, so I appreciated the patience that Craig and Renee showed. Eventually Lomond Letting found a good tenant, completed the due diligence, and the tenant is now in residence.
I'm unfamiliar with how rental management agencies publicise listings, so I hesitate to offer suggestions. I do wonder though if a targeted social media outreach across Scotland's larger cities and in England might help draw potential tenants to the area (perhaps this is already the case). Properties such as mine might, for instance, be viable options for professionals who work remotely and who might appreciate living in quiet environs.
I have some additional thoughts that I'll take up directly with Craig and/or Renee in due course.

Mrs R Anderson, with the details of your complaint, setting out the reasons for your complaint, jointly with dates, names of any staff members you dealt with and enclosing/attaching any supporting evidence. Step 2: We are required to acknowledge your complaint in writing (letter or email) within 3 working days of receiving it. Step 3: We will review your complaint and provide you with a formal written outcome of our investigation within 10 working days of receiving the complaint.
