I used Longsons to rent a property in Little Dunhan Norfolk in December 16.
Place was dirty lights not working central working in some areas but not all.
Over Christmas period central heating packed up.
They would only answer any emails with have you paid rent or have you set up standing order.

Not once did he apologies for having not managed the property as a professional estate agent would
