What a great service I received from Turhan Ramadan at M&M Property Services!
It was a very stressful time for me when my godmother passed away, and I was left with the task of selling her property in my capacity of Executor to her estate. Turhan was extremely understanding and supportive throughout the very long process. He removed a great deal of my worry and concern, and he fully understood the complexities of Probate, dealing with charities who were to be beneficiaries of the estate, and the full ramifications of dealing with potential purchasers of the property. I cannot praise him enough for his professionalism which involved keeping me fully appraised of the various stages of development of the sale, cushioning me from any set-backs along the way, and minimising any disruption in the sale caused by Covid-19. From the outset, M&M Property Services were very competitive with their service charge, and were much cheaper than all of the other estate agents whom quoted for the business.I would strongly recommend M&M Property Services to any potential clients.

I have used M&M for rental and sale. The staff have been extremely easy to deal with and on the whole very efficient. So I would definitely recommend them.
If I have niggles it might be that they could take more control of the inventory / deposit transition, with recommendations for deductions based on the inventory (not just the supply of the inventory). And then firmly followed up. I do tink too they should fully address the very common need of reasonable local handyman for small tasks.
On the sale side there was some slight confusion overlap with solictors but rather that than a gap between the two.

From our initial contact with Turhan at the valuation of our flat to the subsequent sale was a very pleasant experience. Turhan was very helpful, attentive to our needs, exceedingly dedicated and professional at all times. He always responded quickly and kept us informed throughout the process and achieved a very quick sale at the full asking price.
Well worth a 5 star rating and we wouldn't hesitate to use M&M Property services again and would also highly recommend their services to others.

What a great service I received from Turhan Ramadan at M&M Property Services!

(Buying a property during a pandemic and when the local council experiences a Cyber-attack are perhaps not the ideal scenario in which to buy a house - nevertheless we felt in safe hands!)

I am so glad we chose Turhan at M&M property. He was the perfect estate agent. Wasn’t pushy, he always gave good advice and always tried to take the pragmatic and calm route. The photos on the website looked great and we had a steady stream of people round to see our property. When we found a buyer, Turhan was a brilliant help in chasing the council, pacifying our buyer and guiding us all through the quagmire of solicitors paperwork. I always felt he was acting in our best interests and I would recommend him highly.

We've had nothing but positive experiences with M&M Property. They let and managed our flat for 4 years - providing great tenants and dealing with any issues quickly and professionally. Recently - they sold the flat for a great price in a tricky market - and have been really 'on it' throughout the process. The level of service and attention to detail has been amazing - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The letting agent was dismissive and unresponsive. Multiple requests for clarification regarding unforeseen fees were left without proper explanation or response.
All communication from the letting agent ceased when the tenant tried to get clarity regarding a fee. The agent then told the landlord they would deduct that fee from the deposit - without consulting with the tenant.
Phone calls would often yield some answers, but any reference to previous calls were dismissed unless there was anything put in writing.
Paying fees is entirely fine for service rendered - in this case, it was impossible to get clarity of said services, and communication was frankly rude.
