We had an excellent overall experience selling our house through McDougall McQueen. Our main point of contact was Caroline, who did a brilliant job of keeping us informed and guiding us in the right direction.
The only very minor criticism we would make is related to the use of the Lifequay system, which was cumbersome and not very user-friendly. But that was just a trivial thing in the end.
We would definitely recommend McDougall McQueen to others looking for a similar service.

Professional, friendly and reassuring service throughout the process.
We used McDougall McQueen for both the selling and buying process. It was all relatively new to us and Andrea, Leigh and Mary were all excellent in keeping us right. We had many friendly phone calls with Andrea during the selling process - a calming voice during what could have been a stressful period. Leigh was very professional during the buying process, and Mary was especially reassuring during the conveyancing process when it looked like things weren't quite going to plan!
We'd recommend McDougall McQueen, and would use them again in the future.

No question on the 5 star rating. Rhona from McDougall McQueen has been absolutely brilliant from the start of our house purchase process right to the very end. Genuinely pulled off a miracle.
She takes the time to engage with you and talk you through processes, I've dealt with multiple conveyancers over the years and Rhona has been the only one to ensure the communication is understandable and digestible (compared to pure legal jargon).
Would definitely work with the team again and if you're lucky to have Rhona managing your property purchase/sale, know you're in safe hands
