MECS were great throughout the sale of our property (a 2-bed flat), especially during a pretty difficult time of mortgage rates rising, uncertainty amongst potential buyers, etc.
They brought a decent number of people through the door, persevered through a couple of buyers who (due to those mortgage rate issues) had to drop out, then persevered and indeed pushed the process through to completion.
The whole MECS team were involved, and we'd happily use them again

We sold a residential house in Erdington through Mecs and the service (and its efficiency, price and quality) were first . Sami helped immensely and was extremely knowledgeable and available. Sami also went above and beyond to assist us in securing alignment between the sale of our old house and the completion on our property (part of a 7 house chain) and it was not his assistance that sale might not have completed.

Fantastic experience with MECS to find my rental property. Team diligent, helpful and found my dream home.
Would highly recommend this business - having been searching for about a month I conducted viewings with most of their competition, and found the service far better with MECS. Actually talked to me, and helped with the process. As opposed to being ignored, or double booked, or finding out a property I was supposed to view off the market via right move, as opposed to being told by the agent! Who finally emailed me a day before the supposed viewing.
Couldn’t fault the service. Great business.

MECS Sales & Lettings 318 High Street Harborne Birmingham B17 9PU Your correspondence will be acknowledged within three working days. The matter will then be investigated, and a full response sent to you within 15 working days. If you feel the matter remains unresolved, you need to address your complaint to the Proprietor, Mr Sami Mubarak at the same address who will investigate and respond with a final viewpoint. Whilst we will do everything to ensure you are happy with the investigation conclusion. Should you remain dissatisfied, then you may refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman at the following address: The Property Ombudsman, Milford House, 43 - 55 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2BP. The MECS Property’s complaints procedure is approved by The Property Ombudsman MECS is a member of this scheme which offers free and impartial service for clients.
