I wrote this email to them 3 days ago after waiting for 19 days when actually the agent said allow us 14 days to hear back from the tenant and still no reply to this email so best to post it here:
I'm sorry but it's just not this time that you've shown any delays. I'm a reasonable person but for the last 2 and a half years at least you've completely ghosted me even though you're taking a management fee.
1) You are not crediting my account on time. It is alway 2-3 weeks late but in March when you have to take your fee, I'm credited spot on time.
This is exactly what has happened this year too. Even though you've told me there's no renewal done yet, you've already taken your fee in March.
2) There are no inspections done before renewal because up until 3 years ago you used to send me photos of the state of the flat before renewing contract so that we were both on the same page that the flat is being looked after. Right now, I've no idea in what condition it is in.
3) You are not sending me monthly or even yearly statements. I have to ask for it myself for tax returns.
4) You are not sending me renewal contracts to sign even though I never gave you the authority to sign on my behalf.
Can you even justify your management fee at this point?

Wonderful service! Move ea sold two of our properties in the last 2 years. I have since recommended them to friends and family. They kept us up to date along the way and even when it got stressful they were there to support. Their fantastic photographer made our house look like a show home and we felt their experience really shone through when it came to offers and feedback from the viewings. The best in Slough!!

1) You are not crediting my account on time. It is alway 2-3 weeks late but in March when you have to take your fee, I'm credited spot on time.
This is exactly what has happened this year too. Even though you've told me there's no renewal done yet, you've already taken your fee in March.
2) There are no inspections done before renewal because up until 3 years ago you used to send me photos of the state of the flat before renewing contract so that we were both on the same page that the flat is being looked after. Right now, I've no idea in what condition it is in.

I recently finished purchasing a property through Move estate agents, with Ash as the primary agent. Nothing but good things to say about him. He was incredibly responsive to emails, chased up issues very quickly as they arose and was always a pleasure to talk to. He also made time for multiple visits to the property, even after the offer had been accepted, and his high level of service continued through to the end of the transaction. He also referred me to a solicitor who ended up being a great choice. Highly recommended!

As a tenant of a property managed by Move estate agents, I’m extremely happy! I have been at the property for 9 months now and they have been efficient and helpful. We have encountered a few issues within the property (all usual maintenance things!) but everything has been dealt with so quickly. Today our boiler stopped working with no hot water, property manager Bob had an engineer round to us straight away and in less than an hour everything was fixed. I’ve been renting properties for 15 years and wouldn’t rent via another agency again. Thanks again for all the assistance :)
