Not only did they achieve a fantastic price for our property but then followed things through throughout the process.

We have just sold a property in Hull through Neil Kaye, and although 3 sales fell through they were happy to remarket and viewings were carried out until the eventual sale took place (nearly 12 months). They were most helpful as we do not live in the area so they helped to organise some other things for us without any quibbles.
Overall they helped to make the experience less painful than it could have been and we award four and a half stars

I have been using Neil Kaye Estate agents to manage my rental property for 4 years. During this time I have had a long term tenant in the property and recently a new tenant . I have been very happy with the service that I have had had from Neil Kaye and his team. This has included marketing the property and helping to source a new tenant, maintaining the up keep of the property when issues have arisen, and ensuring checks are carried out on the property to ensure that the tenants are complying with the terms and conditions of their tenancy. The staff have always been helpful and professional, with a good level of knowledge about the rental market and housing legislation. They have good links with local trades people, and have always communicated promptly with me when issues have arisen with the property or I have had any queries.
I would definitely recommend Neil Kaye Estate Agents to other landlords who are looking at having an Estate Agents manage their rental property.
