Complaints – We will always provide the best customer service and we will ensure that you are given the best service as it is our core value. In some cases, however you may not be satisfied with our services. In such circumstances if you are not happy and would like to make a complaint please refer to our complaint’s procedure below. Please send an email to info@optimummove.co.uk We will then review and contact you either by email or telephone to further discuss and resolve your complaint within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied or have any further concerns, you have the option to contact The Property Redress Scheme (PRS) who will then investigate further.
