We approached two other large estate agents in Dennistoun to value our home prior to speaking with Pacitti Jones. Absolutely incredible professional service from Pacitti Jones from start to finish - they literally couldn't improve on anything. We had thought we would get quotes from three companies for selling our flat, but after reading reviews online for a few estate agents, decided to just go with PJ, based on other people's positive experiences with them.

Paul, who came to value our flat, was really knowledgeable about this area, and combined his years of expertise with a reassuringly friendly and positive approach in everything. We wanted to take a few days to think things through and there was no hint of Paul trying to push us into anything - we just felt he was super respectful and kind to us throughout.

When we decided to put our flat on the market, Shona became our point of contact and we can only describe her as completely outstanding in every way. She combines an air of supreme professionalism with an incredible personal touch, and we have been blown away by her personal commitment to every step of our selling journey. You have complete confidence that she will get the job done brilliantly. And we have to single out Shona's incredible comms for special mention - every email was responded to so quickly, she phoned regularly to keep us up to speed with everything, phoned in-between to see how things were going, and nothing was ever a bother.

The PJ portal, where you have every bit of info about your property online, was fantastic, with upcoming viewings logged there, analytics from Rightmove, etc. The actual listing of our property on Rightmove was fantastic, too, with top grade photos and a 360 video - amazing. Our property sold within a week for a significant amount over the HR valuation, and the follow-up from Shona since then has been every bit as spectacular as before the sale.

Honestly, after various house moves over the years, with some horrendous estate agent experiences of feeling nothing more than annoying to them and having to chase up literally everything, we can't recommend the Dennistoun team highly enough. It was a completely seamless experience from start to finish, and no wonder they have been awarded all these accolades - they seem to be an estate agent that is completely unique in their field, making the customer feel incredibly valued and important to them through every aspect of their operations.
