A fantastic Team led by Emma, with Sandra and the powerhouse, pocket rocket with the wicked sense of humour that is Phoebe! There's a girl that got my sense of humour (God have mercy on her!) and we needed a sense of humour at times when dealing with others who shall remain nameless!
Professional, polite, contactable, reassuring and helpful all the way.
Cannot recommend Park Row highly enough - you want the job done properly and everything in good order, Park Row are the agent of choice.

Where do I start ? How I wish there was a 10 star option for this remarkable company. Phoebe was attentive and personable from the first interaction and has continued to be attentive and informative through the entire process. Nothing has been to much trouble for Phoebe she has answered countless calls from me and been the same bubbly, helpful voice everytime. Not once has she made me feel like a nuisance which I’m sure I have been at times. Staff like Phoebe are hard to find , she has old fashioned customer service on young shoulders which is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much Phoebe for making what is known as a stressful process exceptionally easy and manageable.

We are so so happy with our experience with Park Row. After a stressful experience when our first buyer dropped out 13 weeks into the process (different estate agents), we switched to Park Row and re-sold after the first viewing booked with them. The whole process from listing to sale was smooth and easy thanks to Sandra and Phoebe - but the real standout about Park Row was the aftersales care with Phoebe. She was amazing at keeping on top of conveyancers, agents, our buyer and the chain and kept us updated at every opportunity. I think at one stage (due to issues down the chain) she was on our file daily for weeks and worked so hard to pull it all through for us - she is absolutely fab, professional, hard working, great communicator and a lovely person. As is Sandra who was always there to help, and our experience with Emma at the valuation was great too - what a dream team. I really believe if we had the Park Row team on the case with our first buyer it would have been a different outcome, or we'd at least have found out much earlier of any potential issues (and reduced the stress involved!) due to having dedicated resource to keep on top of it. 10/10 recommend if you're currently deciding between local agents!

Where to begin? We had an unsuccessful attempt to sell our home with another local agent. We switched to Park Row and were immediately impressed by Emma's honestly and recommendations for selling.
We sold quickly thanks to Park Rows marketing. There were many bumps in the road during the whole process including a chain collapse but none of this was to do with the team at Park Row, who couldn't have been more proactive.
Thanks to Sandra and a special mention for Phoebe who went above and beyond in chasing down other parties.
I'd absolutely recommend the Park Row team!

We put our house up for sale, and within 3 weeks it was sold. We opted to do the viewings ourself, but the overall customer service throughout was exceptional. Shoutout to both Millie’s at Selby and Goole, for dealing with all the initial enquiries and offers. Then a massive shoutout to Nichola Mills, who has probably earned herself a place on my Christmas card list for the amount of calls we’ve had throughout the sale and purchase. When Carl came to our house to initially pitch, he said he didn’t start Park Row up for the money, he did it to create an Estate Agents that put customers first. I can 100% back this up after PR put us ahead of their own financial gain to help get the sale over the line when we ran into a few unforeseen issues. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

We used Park Row our sale and purchase and would highly recommend them. They were always on hand on the phone and responded to emails very quickly.
We chose to sell with Park Row their accurate valuation and marketing strategy. We got lots of viewings, good feedback and offers over asking price.
The property we bought was listed by the same agent and they were very responsive in getting all our questions answered and negotiating our offer.
We ended up in a difficult chain but they were proactive liaising with solicitors and vendors to get to completion done.
