Extremely unprofessional and immoral lettings agency. We had one viewing booked with them to do a viewing in Reading and they did not even bothered to show up even though we drove 120 miles just to see the property. We called to their head office but nobody answered and after a 30 minute wait, we just gave up...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
