Proctors managed my buy to house in Blackburn quite a few years. They managed a tricky tenant so well and always kept me informed. Also arranged repairs and refurbishment when necessary. Great at communicating. Sadly the tenant died last year but they managed that process well, arranged a house clearance and marketed it sale. Sale price achieved and all went smoothly. Highly recommended letting and selling.

Excellent service over the last ten years. They made renting my property so easy with peace of mind knowing that everything was handled efficiently and with a very friendly service. They always answered any queries quickly. All the staff I dealt with, Peter, Sophie, Georgia, sorry I don’t know last names, but they were all very professional indeed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and i would definitely choose them again and again. Thankyou to all of you.

We knew of Proctors from previous experience and due to how helpful and honest they have always been I was happy to contact them to arrange the sale of the house I had inherited then renovated over some years. Within just 3 days of making that call, we had the valuation visit, brochure under way and the first viewing. This led to an offer we accepted within the 3 days, and we have just completed today... 2.5 months from the first call. They really know the people, property and the area, and have the skills to apply it effectively. They even helped quickly and at a very reasonable price with the necessary tradesmen to provide certificates that had got lost in the building work. Nothing was too much trouble or unsolvable.

The whole team at proctors have been amazing throughout the sale of my house. From Eileen initially coming out to value the property to completion date. Eileen came round, was honest, approachable and was genuinely lovely. The whole team couldn’t do enough for me and was on hand throughout the whole process.
All the girls have been nothing but nice (Kayley, Tabitha, Debbie and Janet), completely respectful in my home and professional. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!
My house sold in less than a week and I’m chuffed to bits!
