2. Close to local amenities. With a Morrisons right across the road, my favourite cafe in 5 minutes walking distance and a great gym in less than 5 minutes walking distance then it really makes it prime location.
3. Spacious and bright rooms. Rooms are much bigger than you realise, especially the living room and the windows let so much light in especially with having the Juliet balcony.
4. 5 minute walk to train station. Great for days into Glasgow that if you end up having a drink you don`t need to worry about lifts or taxis to get home. Also a really good chippy on the way home.
5. Great broadband. As someone who works from home everyday, the broadband I have never had an issue with.
