I cannot thank you enough. If you're looking for an estate agent Bolton, I highly recommend this company. Each and every member of staff goes above and beyond. We had a traumatic moving day due to the removal company (nothing to do with Redman Casey), I cannot thank Janet enough for keeping me sane that day and mediating in coming to a compromise with our buyer for collecting the remainder of our items. All of the team I have come across including Janet, Kath, Shaun, David are true professionals at their job, friendly and very knowledgeable. When driving around Horwich and Bolton, you will probably notice many Redman Casey for sale / let signs.. they are popular for.good reason.

I have given this estate agent 2 stars but this is not a reflection on all members of staff.
Positive: The female sales advisor, who was new to the company, was great at communicating and gave us confidence that our house would be sold and advertised positively.

Negative: Unfortunately, once we received an offer, it all started to go down hill.
The male sales progression 'specialist' was an utter waste of space and did not have the necessary communication skills to complete his job effectively. His profile on their website states 'prides himself on making the process as less stressful as possible for customers' Unfortunately, we felt that he was unreliable and did not work in our interest but in fact the buyers. We had earlier expressed concerns regarding this colleague and asked for him not to be involved in the sale of our property. However, these concerns where not taken seriously due to the ties between the director and this colleague, the mentioned director became very defensive when we gave our concerns.
On moving day, the same colleague was incredibly rude and was unable to understand the delay between a sale and purchase reaching completion.
We would therefore not recommend this company when selling your house.

I bought a property from this company, and it was a whole lot easier than I was told being fist time buyer. Was told the horror stories of the stress but they seemed to do everything for me and update me weekly on my purchase from all sides of solicitors.

I will be using Redman Casey if I ever sell my beautiful new home :D
