I sold my property through C J Hole. From my first conversation with Julian in sales to my interaction with Helen in sales progression, I didn't actually meet them face to face as I live 100 miles away. But this did not make any difference to a very professional transaction end to end. We agreed on a exchange of contracts and completion on the same day which was 31st March. We achieved to close the deal on that day, to my complete satisfaction. I would whole heartedly recommend CJ Hole without reservation.

CJ Hole provided outstanding customer service during the sale of a property that we were selling as executors on behalf of a dear friend.
Sam presented as extremely knowledgeable and efficient and was also very personal, approachable and understanding of the difficult circumstances that we were facing.
All of the staff in the office that we had dealings with were very helpful and courteous. Every telephone call and email was responded to by return, in an efficient and timely way.
The house was put on the market on 8th January and we were received a memorandum of sale on 21st January, 13 days later!
Exchange and completion came around the time of lockdown, but despite very difficult circumstances the team at CJ Hole worked very hard to ensure that the sale went through successfully. Thank you!
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Sam, who was always at the other end of the phone to provide support. It is beyond the scope of this review to out line the sad circumstances faced, but Sam kept in touch in a very caring and understanding way and went above and beyond to be helpful and supportive. A huge thank you Sam.

CJ Hole have been absolutely brilliant whilst I've been searching for a flat. I was struggling to find somewhere to rent, especially moving to a completely different city quite far away and the Agents have been so helpful and supportive along the way. Everything was explained clearly and Cherelle Louth was really helpful and approachable and answered all my questions when she did the check in at the flat. Cherelle also took the time to copy me into the emails to thr Electricity and water bill providers and to the council as I was worrying about those and she put my mind to rest. Due to all of your hard work I now have a lovely, cosy flat near my job and close to all the amenities I need! Thank you all so much for your help, I really appreciate it!

Excellent from start to finish. Extremely professional throughout a lengthy sales process with added complexity of a very long chain. We have been impressed with the entire team approach. They are well organised and very pro-active in getting a sale through to exchange and final completion; exemplified in that they far outshine the competition. Other parties in the chain including solicitors and other estate agents were just happy to sit back and let others do the work for them, no doubt picking up an enormous fee for doing very little. Agents were really great during check in and made us feel at ease. However when it came to check out that all changed. They tried to take a substantial amount of the deposit when we checked out, this of course was disputed and luckily we got this back as there was a lot of contradiction in their claim and the charges were absolutely ridiculous, the communication was good however the overall experience was stressful. I was originally advised not to go with c j hole due to them being known for keeping deposit amounts and Charging for stupid things but didn't think there would be an issue.

I would just like to take the time to thank C J Hole in Bradley Stoke for the work they recently carried out for my father.
He was selling his house, and buying a flat so he could be close to my Mother who was unwell.
As it turned out Mum died mid point of the process so everything changed.
Everybody was very understanding and supportive, taking the time to explain the process all the way through, liaising with the solicitors and purchasers of Dad's house, keeping them on side when we experienced a longish delay in settling probate for my mothers estate.
They were always happy to talk and answer our questions, and actively chasing how the process was progressing.
It culminated in Dad moving to his new place this week, and he is really happy.
