As first time buyers my partner and I were relatively lost and found it rather daunting when it came down to buying our property & looking for the right mortgage that suited our needs. The first noticeable thing when arriving to set up our mortgage meeting with Andrew (through Thomas Morris) was how friendly and welcoming all member of staff were. We were made to feel at home and not pressured by a single soul. When we arrived for the meeting Andrew was extremely helpful and honest with how he explained how mortgages work and what was the ideal one for us. After our short meeting Andrew had contacted us with some information about the mortgages and sent through some details we might of need of we were to choose a different broker. My partner and I decided a good three / four weeks later that we were going to return to Andrew and set our mortgage up as we'd seen (forgive me but I can't remember the name of the lovely lady whom showed us around the property but she was a very warming and helpful person) and been accepted on the property we loved. Within roughly a week our mortgage had been accepted Andrew was more than happy to answer any queries my partner or I had and responded extremely quick to my emails (some emails were in the late evening too). After all the mortgage went through and Andrews job was complete then we came across Joe. He's helped us out with all the information we needed to fill some forms out, understanding of other information and kept us well informed on the progress of our purchase. Joe's a very well mannered and spoken young man who we would deal with again and again. We also came across two glorious woman writhing Thomas Morris' Convayency team. Emily & Alicia. We spoke to Emily more than what we did Alicia but both ladies were a great help. All questions we and instructions we'd asked of them were responded to within good timing. Alcoa had filled in for Emily when she was on annual leave and it seemed as if we'd been dealing with her from the start. She filled in perfectly and was excellent at informing us of or situation. When the contracts were exchanged both Alicia and Joe called us to congratulate us which was very warming!!! If we're totally honest there isn't anything we would change during our procedure of purchasing our first property. Everyone we dealt with were efficient / well spoken / easy to talk to / understanding / well mannered / friendly / helpful individuals. An exceptional TEAM in all areas!!!! I would recommend Thomas Morris to anyone, my friends and family all know how well we've been treated and I hope that when they come to purchasing a house they use Thomas Morris just like my partner and I have. Thank you everyone at Thomas Morris for making our experience stress-free and very pleasant! We will definitely be back to purchase a property in the future.

As a homeowner who is currently renting from Thomas morris I would advise to avoid at all costs!
Numerous issues reported and nothing has been done, the list is below:
Mould in a room that has caused loss of furniture and clothes! Caused by a leaking roof that has been reported more than once! But still nothing has been repaired
Block pathway that is sinking due to subsidence and is a safety hazard to all who enter on to the property.
Washing machine reported ripping clothes and leaking from the drum! Yes we had to replace this with one we purchased and fitted ourselves.
Fridge freezer that failed due to over freezing? Apparently our fault? But yet again all our food had to be thrown away and we was left without a fridge for 3 days.
Previous owner property? Even a disabled metal ramp that is so dangerous we have had to block off the garden to one side.
Cracks in the ceilings and the carpet underlay being of poor quality with stains all over the carpets, that in the end we cleaned as it was disgusting.
Greasy blind in the kitchen and lights that don't work under the kitchen units.
A toilet that continues to leak, that we have fixed ourselves and also had to replace the faulty toilet seat and shower holder.
Staff members entering the property without authority and notice? Extremely disturbing considering my partner had just given birth and also was in bed at the time?
Carbon monoxide alarm located in the wrong location ie next to a door and not within a gas appliance location as per manufacturer's instructions.
Smoke alarms that were never in date, hence the alarms going off because they had passed the date of use! Then to not having any alarms for more than 8months! Illegal and not to the law.
A consistent harassment from the agent, when I have helped keep the boiler in a safe condition. However the heating system is default and does not work as it should.
All these issues while still charging a price! I don't think they care about the tenants at all, in fact we are treated in disregard and that think because we rent we don't have any money or sense. Well guess what you have my notice now.
Avoid this letting agent at all costs! They are rude and cannot handle any issues at all! Thankfully me and my partner never have to use them again! I'll await my deposit(no doubt they will try to avoid paying).

We visited the office, and all the staff in the Huntingdon branch were very friendly and welcoming, there was also a very helpful gentleman at the front desk, but I’m unsure of his name. All in all a very positive experience with thomas Morris, and probably the best estate agent we have ever used!

I am very happy with the level of care and professionalism shown by Anna Death (Thomas Morris estate agent) during the purchase of my first property. I am in the housing market to purchase my first home for almost a year, and I really wish I opted for Thomas Morris letting agents at first instance because Thomas Morris not only care and work for the sellers but also care and supports the buyers. Unfortunately, this is NOT the motto for many other sales agents in Huntingdon area. Anna Death provided an excellent service and made the process as stress-free as I could have hoped for. Anna were readily available and easily contactable on the occasions I needed to speak with. I would happily use their services again as well as recommend them to others. Anna Death is a treasure and valuable asset to Thomas Morris :)
