We bought our flat in Oxford through Scott Fraser and have let it through them for the last 15 years. We chose them because we thought they would provide a personal service and we have not been disappointed. We have always found them very easy and straightforward to deal with, most efficient and keep you in touch with what it going on. You can see your account on-line (not the case with an agent we use elsewhere). Necessary repairs are dealt with promptly and at reasonable rates. Scott Fraser have been good at finding us suitable tenants and we would thoroughly recommend them.
