I lived in a property let by Arden Property for just under four years and couldn't fault in any aspect of their service. I originally let the property with a small family business who went into retirement about 1 year into my tenancy. They handed their entire portfolio over to Arden and it really was a fantastic decision. From the moment they took over the property they were attentive, informative, extremely helpful and genuinely nice people. I didn't have very many issues with the flat but if I ever reported anything they always dealt with it as soon as possible and the work carried out was always to a high standard. Their service always felt very personal and never like I was being sent a standard template response by email. Unfortunately, my landlord decided to sell my flat so I had to end my tenancy and took a property with a different letting agent. I was obviously disappointed that I had to move on but the staff who spoke with me were very empathetic and guided me through the process with a level of care that made everything stress-free. I would never hesitate to rent with Arden again though. I've lived in a lot of rented properties in Edinburgh all with completely different agencies and Arden have offered the best experience by far. I dealt mostly with Laura Sommerville and Lisa England - both of whom were so lovely and a credit to the organisation.
