Happy to recommend this agents,very friendly,they keep me informed about my application,they give me some good advice,and now I have a nice place to live with my family.
I think I did pay to much money to get this house,but at lists the agents help me to get the houses .

Should you have any problems with Jigsaws' service which you are unable to resolve with the member of staff dealing with your application you should write to the branch/department manager. This complaint will be acknowledged within five working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written statement expressing Jigsaws' final view will be sent to you within 20 working days and will include the resolution proposed. This letter will confirm that you are entitled, if dissatisfied, to refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) within six months for a review. For the avoidance of doubt, TPO will only review complaints made by consumers.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

At £270 per person I do think agency fee's with this company are a by steep and 6 weeks rent deposit is also a bit steep. However Really happy with the rent.
