Having recently inherited a property, I decided that the sensible thing would be to keep hold of it and therefore renting was the way to go. An acquaintance recommended that I contact Manners Residential as in his experience it was the very best company to go to for advice. How right he was! Initially I met with Nick Griffiths of Manners who went through the procedures of their rental programme. He was so very helpful, not at all pushy, leaving me to contact them if I wanted to proceed. Nick was on holiday when I got back in touch and that is when I met James Manners. James guided me through every stage, recommending a contractor to refurbish the flat, and met with me there frequently to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble. Before completion Nigel Gillespie had already secured good tenants. I thoroughly recommend Manners Residential. The staff are always courteous, friendly and helpful. I opted for their fully managed service which I consider is good value, giving me peace of mind. I am reassured knowing that everything will be taken care of by the Manner's Team. Thank you Manners for making this a stress free experience.
