I would recommend Duncan Yeardley without hesitation. We have gone through Purchase and went back to them to Sell given how reliable and quickly they get things done. The communication is excellent between all parties and their never-ending motivation to move things through with consideration for all involved is the reason people stick with them.

HOLDING DEPOSIT (per tenancy) - EQUAL TO ONE WEEKS RENT (monthly rent x 12/52) This is to reserve a property and if the tenancy proceeds, will be deducted from the first months’ rent. Early Termination
