So, let me say that I think the James Sellicks as a company worked very hard to achieve this sale with over 30 accompanied visits and various snags. The fact that the property was listed grade 2 obviously put some buyers off and it proved difficult to pitch the price, so while I am a little disappointed we eventually sold for well under the asking price, I think market conditions and uncertainty over Brexit meant this was perhaps inevitable. Sellicks certainly tested the market thoroughly before we accepted the offer. Several staff worked on this sale and I would like to thank Kirsty, Anne and Lauren for all their work and for keeping me informed. Also for arranging the plumber and for helping with a number of maintenance issues which, living in Wales, I was unable to do myself. This is beyond the normal estate agent service and I am really most grateful. I would certainly recommend James Sellicks to others. Thanks again
