I can't thank all the team at Maitlands enough for there hard work towards the purchase of our property. Their professionalism, communication and organisation has been second to none. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The fees are a little more expensive than offer local agents, we would have liked to have the percentage phased based on the property sale price. However, we do admit that had we chosen another agent we are unlikely to have received the same level of service. Given the choice we would not change to another agent to save a few hundred pounds.
